These two Silicon Valley executives bring a combined 50+ years of experience working in for-profit, start-ups, non-profit, and academia. For the past 15 years they have worked with leaders from 40+ countries and have delivered programs in the United States (through How Women Lead), India (funded by the Gates Foundation in Maharashtra, for SEWA in Gujarat, Ubuntu in Karnataka), and Bolivia.
Tanya’s vision is a world in which every individual operates from their full potential.
As an executive coach and business consultant she designs leadership training, leads workshops, provides one-on-one coaching, and facilitates conversations for clients around the world with a focus on gender equity. As an internationally recognized leader, she speaks boldly about the power of leading from authenticity as a way to create harmony in the world. Tanya has a background of 25+ years of Silicon Valley high tech, startups and non-profit business success in the areas of finance, marketing and strategy. She thrives when working with individuals, teams and organizations to build highly collaborative work environments that achieve high impact results, with an emphasis on start-ups
Tanya previously served as Executive Director & Board Chair for the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN), a women’s leadership organization empowering women who are solving the world’s most challenging problems. Leading GWLN, Tanya had the opportunity to advise women leaders from 40+ countries delivering programs in Turkey, India and Africa.
She is an adjunct professor in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University (SCU), CA. Tanya is active in various community programs and non-profits. Currently she serves on the Board for My Own Business Institute (MOBI), the SCU Board of Fellows, and Own It Summit. She is a global advisor for How Women Lead, co-founder of SF Turkish Women’s International Network chapter, and an advisory board member for Readability Matters.
She has been named Outstanding Female Executive in Silicon Valley by the YWCA and a Woman of Influence in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal.

She is a Leadership coach and a business consultant bringing her experience from founding two businesses and selling one of them to Monster.com. She is currently an adjunct professor in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University and a member at Sandhill Angels where she is involved in reviewing investment opportunities, sharing insight/expertise, due diligence regarding prospective investments, assisting companies with business strategy, implementation, team building, and fund raising.
Abha designs and delivers leadership workshops, provides coaching for individuals and teams. She has worked with leaders from 40+ countries.
She has actively worked with non-profit organizations throughout her career. She is a Co-founder of GWLN (Global Women Leadership Network), board member at Maitri, an organization that supports South Asian women facing domestic violence issues. She also served on the boards of Aarti for Girls, an India based women’s empowerment organization that focuses on the issue of female gendercide; and BAVC (BayArea Video Coalition), San Francisco based organization that inspires social change by empowering media makers to develop and share diverse stories through art, education and technology.
She completed her MBA from Sacred Heart University , Fairfield , CT and has certifications in Life and Organizational coaching from JFK University , Pleasant Hill , CA .
